Throughout the 20th Century Nottingham was home to many amateur and professional filmmakers. In the early 1990's two videos 'Bygone Nottingham' and 'Nottingham – Scenes from a Century' were released featuring many of these archive films.
Compiled from a unique and extensive collection of old film of the city and surrounding area, this programme gives a fascinating insight into the Nottingham of a Bygone era, as seen through the eyes of local cine enthusiasts.
